Glossary/Acronyms:

• Certificated Hourly/Daily Employee – Certificated employee who completes a timecard or gets paid from SEMS reporting (i.e., sub teacher, sub psychologist etc.)

• Classified Hourly/Daily Employee – Classified employee who submits a WorkForce timecard (i.e. sub clerical, proctor, sub proctor, sub food service worker, sub custodian)

• DNP – Deferred Net Pay (pay over 12 months)

• EFT – Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct Deposit)

• SRA – Salary Reduction Agreement (paperwork to start a TSA/403b)

• TSA – Tax Sheltered Annuity also known as 403b
