They served up delicious treats to our amazing district office employees, showing appreciation for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. It was the perfect way to embrace the holiday spirit and celebrate the incredible team that makes it all happen.

High Five to Mrs. Ramirez and the 3rd Grade classes. Perdew Elementary is incredibly proud of Mrs. Ramirez and the entire 3rd grade for their amazing effort in supporting Herobox.org! Through their hard work and generosity, they collected items to build care boxes for deployed service members who will be away from their families this holiday season. This meaningful service project is sure to bring smiles and gratitude to those who receive the boxes. Great job, 3rd grade! You’ve made a difference!

The Escobar family is sending a high five to Mrs. Jenny today! Mrs. Jenny goes above and beyond in her safety role—ensuring all doors are locked and secure. She also makes sure they are carefully closed behind each parent or student as they leave. Additionally, she keeps a watchful eye, ensuring students safely cross the lower lot. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed, Mrs. Jenny!


Our first high five today goes out to Natalie Petit! A big congratulations to Natalie for being awarded the Beverly Brennan Memorial Grant from the Mt. Baldy Retired Teacher's Association! Thank you for your unwavering dedication and for going above and beyond to support the students at East Heritage Elementary.


Summit Intermediate's band concert was a night to remember! Under the direction of Mr. Peske, our talented 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students delivered spectacular performances. Families were all smiles, soaking in the amazing music and proud moments.

Afterschool Fun at Perdew! Students in afterschool childcare at Perdew are diving into weekly STEAM projects, exploring everything from building to music to creating! They’re not only learning new skills but also having so much fun along the way. Way to go, future innovators!

What an unforgettable evening! Tonight, the Etiwanda Intermediate community came together for a night filled with talent, hard work, and incredible support. A special highlight was a solo performance from our very own Mr. Arretche—what a treat! Our students gave it their all, and the families showed up in full force, packing the house with love and energy. Huge thanks to Mr. Whitehead’s family for lending a helping hand and even serving dinner backstage to our performers—talk about teamwork! From the smiles and snapshots, it’s clear this was truly a night to remember.


Student Success Stories at DW Long Elementary! Congratulations to Jaxen and Max for receiving a DW Long “Gotcha Ticket” from their teacher! They were recognized for displaying school expectations and being outstanding examples for their peers. Thank you, Principal Waters, for celebrating their hard work and positive influence. 6th Grade Science Projects Elective with Mr. White! Our budding scientists, Easo, Sahil, and Nicolas, took on an exciting squid dissection activity in the science lab today.
This hands-on experience is part of Day Creek Intermediate's commitment to STEAM in the Classroom, where students explore, experiment, and ignite their passion for science.

STEAM in the Classroom at Etiwanda Intermediate! Mrs. Gooden’s class took creativity to the next level with their project: designing magazine covers that reflect who they are as 2024-25 students. They even learned how to create their very own QR codes to make their covers interactive. Some of our Instruction team members kicked off the holiday season by spreading cheer at the Children's Fund! They gathered, unpacked, and organized gifts, supporting the organization's mission to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children across San Bernardino County. This year marks the 36th Annual Toy Drive—a wonderful tradition of giving back and bringing joy to children in need.
